Job summary

COMMERCIAL CREDIT GROUP is seeking high-performing Regional Sales Managers to cover defined territories and contribute to growth. You will prospect, build relationships with end-users and dealers, and coordinate with credit, documentation, and marketing teams to win new business.

While equipment finance experience is helpful, the ideal candidate will focus on territory development, meaningful customer relationships, and team collaboration to drive the company's success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in equipment finance or related field.
• Strong written and phone communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel to develop and manage territories.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new business at end-user and dealer levels.
• Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM to track, monitor, and market to customers and prospects.
• Develop internal relationships with credit, documentation, and marketing staff.
• Initiate customer applications and coordinate closings within the territory.
