Commercial Credit Group, Inc. is seeking high-performing Regional Sales Managers to focus on our construction, manufacturing, transportation, and waste industry segments.

You will manage defined territories, market opportunities, and partner with credit, documentation, and marketing teams to drive new business. Ideal candidates will build meaningful customer relationships, be driven to contribute to company success, and be willing to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of sales success in equipment finance or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and manage customer relationships across a territory.
• Familiarity with CRM, MS Office, and back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new business within end-users and dealers.
• Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Use CRM to track and market to customers, prospects, and dealers.
• Collaborate with credit, documentation, and marketing teams.
• Initiate applications and coordinate closings within the territory.
