We are DAS Technology Group, specialized recruiters in the RF / Microwave & Defense / Space Industry.

We are hiring an Eastern Regional Sales Manager on behalf of our client, which offers high-performance, high-reliability semiconductor solutions.

Their product range includes various packages, serving civil aerospace, industrial, medical, military, scientific, and space applications.

This is a remote position, ideally based in the Orlando, FL area.

Approximately 40% travel outside Florida is expected, covering the East Coast up to Boston, MA.

Relocation assistance is available.

Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions based on sales goals, potentially exceeding $200K per year.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Five or more years of sales experience within a semiconductor organization.
2. Familiarity with RF Semiconductors and Power Semiconductors.
3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
4. Experience in semiconductor sales within the aerospace and defense industry.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Proven ability to deliver formal presentations to small and large groups.
7. Experience managing large territories and diverse product portfolios.
8. Coaching or mentoring experience with junior sales staff.

The candidate should demonstrate a capacity to stay updated on new technology trends, industry associations, and their applications to real-world projects.
