Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager – Channel Partnerships is a full-time remote role responsible for building, managing, and expanding channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth across assigned regions. This role oversees partner onboarding, develops joint go-to-market plans, and coordinates sales enablement activities to ensure partners can effectively position Talentious Career Partners’ services. The Regional Sales Manager identifies new partnership opportunities, negotiates agreements, sets performance targets, and monitors partner pipelines to achieve regional sales objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting partner meetings, supporting co-branded campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal marketing, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen channel performance. This role also requires consistent reporting on regional metrics, providing feedback for product and service enhancements, and ensuring a high standard of partner and client experience.


Qualifications


  • Demonstrated experience in regional sales management, channel partnerships, or business development, preferably in professional services, HR tech, or recruitment-related industries.

  • Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, including experience with partner onboarding, account planning, and joint sales initiatives.

  • Strong commercial acumen with skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels across partner organizations.

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools, and comfort working with data to inform decisions and optimize partner strategies.

  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience working in multi-region or multi-market environments; understanding of B2B sales cycles and channel distribution models is highly beneficial.
