What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead existing CADDY HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, and Seismic businesses in the Central Territory by establishing relationships with key influencers and identifying new opportunities
- Actively manage third-party agents to focus on servicing key customers and partners within the region
- Develop a three-year sales strategy and tactical plan for the CADDY Fire Protection portfolio
- Provide product expertise through training and presentations to contractors and distributors
- Utilize Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate market feedback internally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or applicable experience in mechanical sales
- Minimum of 5+ years of outside sales and/or territory management experience, ideally in HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, or Seismic commercial sales
- Experience working with end-user customers on projects
- Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel 60% of the time within the region and work 100% remotely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong preference for value-based selling skills and technical sales experience
- Experience leading direct reports or third-party sales agents or channel partners
