Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a District Supervisor to lead merchandisers, hire and coach staff, and cover a designated retail district. The role reports to the District Manager and requires collaboration with cross-functional partners within the Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages framework.

You will attend meetings with key decision makers in various chains to build strong marketplace relationships and drive business in Staten Island and Southwest Brooklyn.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• 1-3 years' experience in consumer products.
• Experience managing people and budgets.
• 1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff.
• Prior beverage industry experience preferred.
• Computer and database applications proficiency.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations preferred.
• Ability to lift, pull and push 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license with compliant driving record.
