Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximizes Sales and Profit by analyzing data and guiding Sales Reps to improve market share.
• Oversees training and development of sales and operating personnel in the Area.
• Directs budgeting processes and recommends budgets to Director of Sales.
• Ensures implementation of Division policies and procedures across the area.
• Reviews CRM data to track productivity and monitor performance.
