This role coaches a General Industrial Sales Representatives team to achieve goals, deliver strong business results, and grow professionally, while supporting profitable growth in the General Industrial division.

Expect coaching, value-based selling, and disciplined execution to translate strong performance into new business growth

Competenze

• This role requires a high school education or equivalent.
• Sales experience in paints/coatings and knowledge of industrial painting environments.
• Experience with B2B pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience with CRM and reporting systems for opportunity tracking.
• Proficiency with standard sales reports and dashboards.
• Comfortable with travel.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a General Industrial Sales Representatives team to achieve sales, margin, and gallon growth.
• Coach and enable a team to balance territory performance and profitable execution.
• Guide reps in building pipelines, managing opportunities, and executing value plans.
• Attract, onboard, and provide feedback to high-performing sales reps.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Lab to support customer execution.
• Participate in joint calls with customers and travel within the region.
