An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts within the aerospace sector. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing complex bids, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the airline industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aerospace sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. As our Regional Sales Manager, you will participate in the development and achievement of the annual sales plan; building and developing an opportunity pipeline; contributing to sales strategies; providing key market input into new product development; completing bookings analyses and forecasts; managing the bid process for accounts; selling current and new value propositions; and maintaining and developing business relationships with key airlines, MRO’s, agents, and distributors.
This role will be selling complex aerospace systems, components, and products along with retrofit and OEM Programmes within the aircraft interiors/seating space and will require strategic and executional focus, taking ownership and being accountable for managing the sales function in the region to drive growth, and to support the Sales & Marketing team as a whole.
Be willing and able to undertake frequent short and long-haul travel – estimated around 50% – sometimes at short notice.
