The Thermaxx Regional Sales Manager reports to the Business Development Manager and is responsible for achieving sales quota in their region. The role involves developing new business, attending industry events, maintaining KPI for lead generation, opportunity creation, managing sales pipeline in CRM, and attending weekly sales and operations meetings.
