Make a Meaningful Impact in the Alternate Site Space

If you’re a strategic thinker with a strong sales background in healthcare, pharma, or biotech—and you’re energized by the idea of helping bring life-changing therapies to patients outside the hospital—this could be your next big move.

We’re looking for a sales leader to own and grow a defined territory in the West Region. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role where you’ll drive sales strategy, foster deep customer relationships, and promote a diverse portfolio of specialty products and services in the alternate site care setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute territory plans that drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers—offering solutions that meet their needs and elevate patient care
  • Lead contract discussions, prepare pricing proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and sales reporting to guide business decisions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and the evolving competitive landscape
  • Conduct regular business reviews and uncover opportunities to improve service and expand partnerships
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • Maintain detailed account activity in the CRM system and complete administrative tasks promptly
  • Support internal teams (such as accounting or customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery

What You Bring

  • A strategic mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
  • Strong business development and account management skills—especially with complex or high-value customers
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office tools
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a healthcare-related environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 5+ years in healthcare, biotech, medical, or pharmaceutical sales
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in the alternate site of care market (infusion suites, outpatient clinics, or specialty pharmacies)
  • Knowledge of IVIG or other specialty infusion products
  • Familiarity with GPOs, buy-and-bill models, and contracting in complex sales environments
  • Experience managing allocations and navigating reimbursement discussions
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort selling high-value clinical solutions
  • This role is remote, with regular travel across the West Region
  • Must be comfortable working on a computer or phone for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Travel may include driving long distances or flying to client locations and industry events
