Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing sales engagements within a designated region. This individual will drive revenue growth by developing and executing regional sales strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining relationships with key accounts and regional Mfg. Representatives. The role requires a results-driven individual who will work closely with other departments to meet business objectives and improve sales performance.

We are looking for candidates based in the Pacific Northwest, Texas, Illinois or California.
Travel
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $100,000 - $123,000. The range for this position in California is $120,000 - $140,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
