Qualifications

Job Overview:

This position offers you the opportunity to sell a robust portfolio of products and enjoy the excitement of working on growing and developing accounts throughout the United States. We’re looking for a driven, focused, and self-motivated sales professional who can work independently in this hunter role.

Although you’ll come in with a strong foundation of industrial sales skills, we'll provide extensive training and cross-training on the Pneumatic Products (PPC) engineered equipment line and customer needs. The company is expanding, which will create opportunities for strong performers to grow their careers. You'll join a multi-industry manufacturing leader and play an important role in our mission to provide highly specialized engineered products and innovative technologies. The environment is positive, you'll work with great people, and we offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. This would be a remote position with preferred location being in or around Texas.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop channel partners by promoting and selling a portfolio of Pneumatic Products branded air purification and filtration equipment to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute territory strategies that align with revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through cold calls, market research, and maintaining a network of industry contacts. Drive sales activity through channel partners and maintain a pipeline via Salesforce.
  • Provide technical and product support, including troubleshooting, installation guidance, and identifying product malfunctions.
  • Participate in all stages of the sales cycle, including quoting, account management, and collections. Establish goals and provide regular updates.
  • Work with internal teams such as Engineering, Product Development, and Operations to ensure seamless implementation and account growth.
  • Lead customer engagement and presentations, attend trade shows and conferences to develop contacts and identify trends.
  • Oversee a network of channel partners across multiple states, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant product sales experience.

  • Channel sales expertise, product and market knowledge, strategic thinking, customer-centric approach, technical proficiency, strong communication and collaboration, time management, business acumen, self-motivation, and technology proficiency.
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related with hydraulic/pneumatic experience.
  • 5+ years outside sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP.
Travel & Work Arrangements:
  • Up to 50%+ overnight travel.
Pay Range:

$100,000-130,000 including incentives, based on experience and location.
