The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales within a specific regional geography, focusing on new customer acquisition, customer retention, and growth opportunities with the current customer base. The role involves daily contact with current and prospective customers, managing opportunities, up-selling, and soliciting new business. The RSM will work closely with the Inside Sales Team to support regional sales needs and drive market growth. Responsibilities include establishing relationships, coordinating resources, meeting sales targets, assessing customer needs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting company standards and policies.
The salary range for New Jersey is $120,000 - $157,500, with additional benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
