Job description

Regional Sales Manager - LenelS2 (Remote, Finance)

Be the front-line seller responsible for driving sales, identifying, and generating opportunities for various customer segments. The LenelS2 Regional Sales Manager manages relationships with top revenue-generating customers and develops overall product sales growth through our sales channel. This role requires an experienced sales manager with solid industry and product knowledge, strong technical skills, and familiarity with the latest access control and video technologies. The candidate must be capable of operating within a matrix organization, collaborating with customers, sales, product management, engineering, and operations teams. The role involves significant travel, up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities
  1. Own all relationships (VARs, consultants, end-users), manage channels, and oversee sales activities within the assigned region.
  2. Achieve financial objectives.
  3. Develop and implement sales action plans aligned with company strategy.
  4. Participate actively in sales activities to ensure business success.
  5. Develop key sales competencies such as prospecting, lead generation, influencing, and business acumen.
  6. Ensure effective execution of deliverables, metrics, and activities.
  7. Maintain clear communication with your Regional Sales Director.
  8. Align with business imperatives and develop a clear understanding of your role, expectations, and performance metrics.
  9. Maintain extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competitors.
  10. Build and execute aggressive account growth plans for top customers in your geography.
  11. Coordinate with internal resources to provide value and facilitate business.
  12. Add value through growth and support activities, including product demos, trade shows, and roadshows.
  13. Manage RFP responses and submissions within your territory.
  14. Execute internal business deliverables timely.
  15. Provide strategic and market feedback to the business.
  16. Develop and support customer and market training initiatives.
  17. Manage and implement market strategic initiatives and programs.

Salary Range: $107,600 - $161,000
