Role Overview
The primary role of the Regional Sales Manager is to promote, grow, and support sales and business development of IMI products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, focusing on results and providing superior solutions.
This role emphasizes driving growth for our advanced control valves with digital capabilities and automation. The target audience includes contractors, reps/distributors, designers, and OEMs.
This position involves proactive networking, attending trade shows, engaging with leads, and building industry relationships.
Work Environment: This is a remote role with up to 75% travel to customers, trade shows, and events. Travel varies based on business needs, with some weeks requiring no travel and others 1–4 days on the road. Flexibility is built into the role.

Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
Position eligible for variable incentive pay.
