Job Description: Regional Sales Manager

Be the front line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster relationships and manage sales activities within your assigned region.

The LenelS2 Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with top revenue-producing customers and developing overall product sales growth through our sales channel. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales manager with solid industry and product knowledge, strong technical skills, and familiarity with the latest access control and video technologies. You must be able to operate effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating with customers, sales, product management, engineering, and operations teams. This role requires significant travel; the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities
  1. Own relationships with VARs, consultants, and end-users within the assigned region.
  2. Achieve financial objectives and develop sales action plans aligned with company strategy.
  3. Participate actively in sales activities to ensure business success.
  4. Develop key sales competencies such as prospecting, lead generation, influencing, and business acumen.
  5. Execute key deliverables, metrics, and activities effectively.
  6. Communicate clearly with the Regional Sales Director and ensure alignment with business imperatives.
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customers, market opportunities, and competitors.
  8. Create and execute aggressive account growth plans for top customers.
  9. Coordinate with internal resources to deliver value and ease of doing business for customers.
  10. Support customers through activities like product demonstrations, trade shows, and product road shows.
  11. Manage RFP responses and submissions within the territory.
  12. Deliver on internal business objectives within set timeframes.
  13. Provide strategic and market feedback to the business.
  14. Develop and execute plans to address customer and market training needs.
  15. Manage and implement market strategic initiatives and programs.
Salary Range

$107,600 - $161,000
