Job description

The RSM is an individual contributor role focused on hunter sales, targeting enterprise new business. You will sell Disruptive Cloud File Data Services Infrastructure using a SaaS subscription model and be responsible for acquiring new enterprise accounts within your territory. This is a Field Sales role requiring 8-12 years of successful enterprise solutions prospecting and closing experience.

Prior experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure sales is preferred, especially in disruptive data storage, data protection, and data management cloud infrastructure.

Utilize your consultative disruptive selling expertise in Data Management, IaaS, Backup, Recovery, or Security to advise large Enterprise Customers on migrating from Legacy On-Premises or less optimal cloud deployments to Nasuni's proven Cloud File Data Services SaaS platform. As a Select Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  1. Sell a SaaS Cloud File Infrastructure Solution
  2. Focus on hunting and acquiring new customer logos
  3. Share compelling stories of Ransomware Recovery and maintain an NPS Score above 98%
  4. Leverage a proven Sales playbook and SaaS Selling Methodology
  5. Use the latest Sales prospecting tools
  6. Onboard and ramp up quickly via Nasuni University and our Sales Enablement Training
  7. Leverage a favorable compensation plan to exceed targets and maximize accelerators
  8. Join an entrepreneurial, mission-driven, collaborative culture where peers support your success
  9. Work with a dedicated Sales Leadership Team focused on your growth
  10. Partner closely with Partner Sales Managers, Sales Development Reps, and Field Marketing for demand generation
  11. Utilize Channel Partners and customer references at events, shows, and presentations
  12. Maintain an accurate Salesforce forecast for current and future quarters

To excel as a Nasuni Select RSM, you should:

  1. Be a hunter with a new name acquisition mindset
  2. Have experience selling disruptive data storage, management, or protection solutions
  3. Possess strong relationships with existing Nasuni Channel Partners, VARs, and Resellers
  4. Have experience building new territories and executing go-to-market strategies
  5. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
  6. Maintain existing enterprise IT relationships
  7. Be capable of creating, qualifying, and progressing a pipeline
  8. This role is 100% remote, with an anticipated travel of around 50% within the territory
  9. Preference for candidates near major metro areas in Florida (Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami), but open to those who have established a Florida Territory through channel partners and alliances
