We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Central Florida. This remote role offers a base salary plus commission, along with a truck or truck allowance. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a strong background in sales and experience working with construction sites or heavy equipment. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships, and is willing to travel to various job sites within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development within a designated territory by identifying and targeting potential customers in the construction and heavy equipment industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and customers in the construction sector.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of our products to meet customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, product delivery, and ongoing customer support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Regularly travel to construction sites, meet with clients, and attend industry events as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of success in construction or heavy equipment industries.
• In-depth understanding of construction sites, heavy equipment, and related products.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
