Our client a leading manufacturer of stretch wrappers, case sealers, carton erectors/formers and palletizers, are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to cover the north east territory.

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for packaging automation and a talent for building strong customer relationships?

In this role, you will:

• Own and grow a multi-state territory (North East)
• Develop new customer relationships across industries.
• Manage and expand existing accounts through a consultative, problem-solving sales approach
• Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions
• Meet or exceed regional sales targets with full accountability

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3–5+ years of B2B field sales experience in packaging machinery.
• Strong technical acumen and confidence in handling customer discussions around equipment fit and function
• A self-starting mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong territory planning discipline
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the region
