Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Mountain West territory (CO, UT, AZ, NV). You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build a robust pipeline, and deliver technical presentations for modular hardware solutions used in industrial production and automation.

Required 3–5+ years of technical sales experience and a proven hunting track record. Willingness to travel extensively across CO, UT, AZ, and NV is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of technical sales experience.
• Proven hunting / new business success.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, automation, OEMs, machine builders, integrators, or industrial accounts.
• Comfortable with heavy travel across CO, UT, AZ, and NV.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to lead consultative sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospects into customers through cold calling, research, prospecting, and other business development methods.
• Grow existing customer relationships while identifying new applications and revenue opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations and position cost-effective solutions for customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering and Customer Support to support customers throughout the sales process.
• Own the territory, pipeline, follow-up, and new business development strategy.

You will own the Mountain West territory: CO, UT, AZ, and NV.
