Pursuit, a growing automation and manufacturing company, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Northeast territory. You will convert prospects, expand existing accounts, and present technical solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with engineering and customer support to deliver value and drive revenue growth.

This role offers a competitive base with commission, full benefits, 401(k), and PTO. Travel within NJ, CT, NH, MA is required as part of the territory management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow your territory.
• Hunting experience and proven success.
• Travel across NJ, CT, NH, MA within the Northeast region.

• Deepen relationship with existing customers and develop new solutions and business opportunities to grow revenue
