Our client, a fast-growing healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale its North American sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven sales leader with a strong background in healthcare or dental markets, a track record of building and managing high-performing teams, and a hands-on, data-driven leadership style.

This role is designed for a player/coach—someone who can roll up their sleeves to drive results while also recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of 6–8 SDRs/BDRs focused on outbound prospecting. This person will report directly to the CRO and play a critical role in the company’s continued growth across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of 6–8 outbound SDRs/BDRs targeting healthcare and dental practices.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered around accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Actively engage in prospecting efforts alongside the team to set the standard and drive results.

Territory Oversight

  • Manage sales activity across North America, covering multi-site practices and geographically distributed opportunities.
  • Support team members across time zones, ensuring consistent execution and focus on strategic growth areas.

Sales Execution & Process Optimization

  • Design and implement outreach cadences (phone, email, social) focused on engaging key decision-makers at non-acute care facilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling messaging and collateral to drive top-of-funnel performance.
  • Refine sales scripts and workflows to increase conversion efficiency and appointment quality.

Performance Management

  • Own top-of-funnel sales KPIs, including pipeline generation, meeting setting, and qualified lead delivery.
  • Drive individual and team performance through coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews.
  • Monitor progress using Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and actionable forecasting.

CRM & Technology Leadership

  • Serve as the Salesforce power user and sales operations point of contact for the team.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of activity and performance metrics; advocate for tools that improve productivity.
  • Leverage data to assess effectiveness and continuously iterate on outreach strategies.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between field sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Provide regular feedback from the front lines to inform go-to-market strategy and resource planning.
  • Help shape the culture and cadence of a national outbound sales organization.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–10 years of sales and team leadership experience, preferably in non-acute healthcare or dental sales
  • Demonstrated ability to lead outbound sales teams in high-volume, transactional environments
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving KPIs and driving new logo growth
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset and data fluency
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams across multiple locations
  • Tech-savvy and eager to adopt tools that improve outreach and sales operations
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling organization
  • A hunter mentality with the ability to lead from the front and inspire others
