Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop the performance of the sales team in the life sciences sector. You will craft strategic business plans to reach sales targets, identify opportunities in local markets, and drive portfolio-selling strategies with integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of life science sales experience.
• 3+ years of regional or district manager experience.
• Product launch experience leading others in competitive markets.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including overnights.
• Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries.

Essential Requirements

Desired Requirements

• Psychiatry experience in the areas of ADHD and/or schizophrenia.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience in start‑up environments.
• Strong track record of sales success.
