• Sell can liners, industrial bags, healthcare bags, drum liners, contractor bags, food storage bags, and related polyethylene products.
• Develop relationships across Jan/San, foodservice, healthcare, grocery, industrial, institutional, and commercial markets.
• Work directly with customers to understand applications, specifications, performance requirements, and product needs.
• Identify new applications and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work with distributors and their sales teams when appropriate, including joint sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, and product training.
• Prepare pricing, quotations, proposals, and account plans.
• Partner with manufacturing and customer service to support customers throughout the sales process.
• Travel throughout the territory to develop and support business.

Regional Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging & Poly Bags

Remote | Western U.S.

An established U.S. manufacturer of can liners, polyethylene bags, and flexible packaging products is looking for an experienced sales professional to manage and grow an established Western territory.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with a strong industry reputation, an existing customer base, and significant growth potential. The company serves customers across Jan/San, foodservice, healthcare, grocery, industrial, institutional, municipal, and commercial markets.

The ideal candidate has experience selling can liners, poly bags, plastic film, flexible packaging, or related manufactured products and knows how to develop new business while growing established accounts.

Existing relationships within the Jan/San industry are particularly valuable given the company's strong presence in that market, but candidates selling can liners and related products into other markets are encouraged to apply.

Territory: Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Candidates must reside in the territory.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an established Western sales territory.

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience with can liners, plastic bags, polyethylene film, flexible packaging, industrial packaging, or related manufactured products.
• Experience working for a manufacturer and selling directly to customers is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing new accounts and growing existing business.
• Relationships within the Jan/San industry are highly desirable.
• Experience selling through distribution is valuable but not required.
• Knowledge of polyethylene, blown film, bags, liners, or related flexible packaging products is required.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Western U.S.
