Responsibilities

• Participate in Windsor’s Regional Sales Manager Development Program (RSMDP).
• Support inside sales accounts and build customer relationships.
• Rotate through manufacturing, warehouse, and scheduling to gain cross-functional insights.
• Transition into active sales responsibilities, including quoting and proposals.
• Develop presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
