Home Genius Exteriors is seeking top-performing sales professionals for a Sales Manager in Training track. This 2-quarter program leads to leadership in a fast-growing home improvement company offering windows, roofing, siding, and doors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success in home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services and leading others.

Responsibilities

• Master our in-home sales system and sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
• Lead by example and set performance standards; meet KPIs.
• Mentor and coach new sales reps through ride-alongs and coaching.
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings; drive culture and performance.
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers; meet KPIs.
