With a proven history of rapid growth and a generous uncapped earnings potential, this full-time role includes weekly commissions, leadership development, and promotions based on performance. Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry.
- Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages.
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
Responsibilities
- Master our in-home sales system
- Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
- Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
- Mentor and coach new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
- Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
- Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
- Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
