Southeasta Laundry is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow a defined territory. You’ll drive growth, build long-term relationships, and represent the brand with integrity and precision.

Ideal candidates bring field-savvy sales discipline, strong communication, and a hunter mentality, plus willingness to travel and manage a robust pipeline in a process-driven environment. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions and a draw after year 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience — ideally in capital equipment or territory management.
• Experience building pipelines and closing in a field-first, outbound-heavy role.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop your territory by targeting laundromats, multi-housing operators, and investor groups.
• Evaluate opportunities and sell consultatively, tailoring proposals to fit budgets and timing.
• Set and execute strategy — prioritize leads, plan site visits, and create momentum weekly.
• Stay present with high-touch site visits to build trust and retain key accounts.
• Attend industry events to build your network and open doors.
• Track competitor activity and local market shifts to gain an edge.
• Keep pipeline clean using CRM daily for quotes, follow-ups, and notes.
• Collaborate with inside sales, service, install, and leadership for seamless experiences.
