Job summary

BD is seeking a Regional Business Manager (RBM) in the Surgery space to lead a team of Territory and Associate Territory Managers and expand BD Surgical Solutions across the region. You will drive sales growth, develop talent, and ensure adherence to BD's ethical standards and quality processes.

The RBM will manage P&L for the region, provide strategic guidance, and collaborate with hospital customers to address clinical and business needs while traveling up to 80% to support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years healthcare sales experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading teams and driving regional sales growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
