KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. seeks a Region Sales Manager – Surgical (Ohio Valley) to lead sales efforts across Laparoscopy, Arthroscopy, and CV/Thoracoscopy in the Ohio Valley region.

You will develop strategic plans, mentor a high-performing team, and manage key accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and drive growth across product lines while supporting OR1 integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, including 2+ years in medical device sales (surgical preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
• Recruit and retain top sales talent; address performance and HR issues as needed.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans and forecasts.
• Drive market share growth across all product lines.
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare stakeholders.
• Serve as key account manager for strategic customers.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and post-sale support.
• Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Recommend new product opportunities or enhancements.
• Manage regional budget and sales sample inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
