Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Regional Business Director (RBD) to lead a high-performing team across a defined geography, driving execution for oncology, rheumatology and/or immunology portfolios.

You will recruit, coach, and develop Key Account Managers and Associate Account Managers, shaping commercial strategy and accelerating access and growth for biosimilars and innovative biologics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in institutional, specialty, biologics, oncology, immunology, rheumatology, or hospital-based environments.
• Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales and account management teams.
• Proven experience launching products in hospital, specialty, or institutional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across community-focused networks, infusion centers, and other key stakeholders.
• Recruit and hire Key Account Managers for designated territories.
• Lead, motivate and train team in product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Design and implement short/long-term business plans to achieve commercial objectives and drive sales revenue.
• Drive promotional objectives through execution of marketing strategies and account plans.
• Support strategic account planning and pull-through initiatives to optimize product access.
