- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience.
- 3–5 years of sales leadership experience in institutional or hospital settings.
- Proven success recruiting developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience launching products in hospital or specialty environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead account management teams across defined geography.
- Recruit hire and coach Key Account Managers.
- Design implement and monitor business plans to hit commercial goals.
- Drive access adoption and growth for therapies.
