Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing team focused on launching and commercializing products in oncology, rheumatology, and immunology. The RBD will recruit and develop Key Account Managers across a defined geography, driving access and growth in community networks and infusion centers.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/life sciences sales and 3–5 years of leadership, with strong strategic and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales leadership experience in institutional, specialty, biologics, oncology, immunology or hospital settings.
• Proven success recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Product launch leadership experience in hospital or institutional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across community-focused networks and infusion centers.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Key Account Managers for designated territories.
• Coach team on product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Design and implement short- and long-term business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Drive promotional objectives through marketing strategy execution.
• Support account planning and pull-through initiatives to optimize access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate adoption of therapies.
• Ensure compliant execution of customer-facing strategies and regional budgeting.
