Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager to grow market share across the southeastern United States, including Mississippi. You will work with the dealer network to develop sales strategies, drive performance, and deliver innovative solutions that strengthen partnerships.

This remote role requires strong relationship building, strategic planning, and the ability to travel roughly 75% to support dealers.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
5–7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience.
Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding sales territories.
Proven ability to think critically and negotiate effectively.
Strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal functions, dealers, and financial counterparts.
Travel required: Approximately 75%.
