Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Regional Sales Business Manager for the Southeast region (GA, SC, MD, DE) in the United States. This role focuses on leading processes, systems, and reporting to streamline in-market support and execution.

You will develop brand priorities for the sales field, optimize routes and market coverage, and use data to drive KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong understanding of field sales execution and route-to-market design.
• 2+ years of work experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) and/or alcohol beverage industry.
• 3+ years of experience budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis.
• 1+ years of experience managing teams, preferably frontline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience leading and motivating a team.
• Ability to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales processes, systems and reporting within the Southeast region.
• Develop and execute brand priorities for the sales field and route-to-market plans.
• Identify key accounts and build relationships to meet regional KPIs.
• Collaborate with Regional/National Accounts teams to align strategies and execution standards.
• Mentor and grow the regional sales team and drive HR-related metrics.
