Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B field sales in restoration, construction, facilities, insurance services, or related industry.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, in-person visits, and consistent follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets in alignment with yearly KPIs.
• Support and mentor account managers and estimators to ensure their continual development and success.
• Execute monthly marketing strategies including industry events, presentations, and networking activities.
• Oversee accurate use of CRM tools (HubSpot), ensuring detailed documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate, and client-aligned proposals.
• Actively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client engagement strategies.
