Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Power Conversion Solutions (Central Region) to lead utility-scale solar and storage sales across North America. You will build trusted relationships with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and developers, and drive regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related field; MBA a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Strong network in the utility-scale PV and storage markets.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales efforts for utility-scale solar and storage projects for customers HQ'd in Central Region.
• Build strong relationships with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and developers.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape solutions.
• Support technical evaluations, proposals, and bid processes.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at key industry events and forums.
• Drive pipeline management and forecasting with precision.
• Position PCS as a trusted, high-quality solution provider.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
