Job summary

Merz Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead promoted product sales across a designated region, collaborating with the Regional Sales Director to build durable customer relationships and drive revenue in hospitals and healthcare systems.

You will identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain strong knowledge of managed care and reimbursement environments while ensuring compliant, ethical engagement with customers. A field-based role with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical/biotech sales management experience preferred.
• Buy and Bill injectable experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales management goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop hospital/healthcare system opportunities across Oklahoma and western Texas.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior account stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level leaders.
• Develop territory action plans and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and ROI.
