Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners seeks a Regional Director of Operations in Atlanta, GA. You will lead operational initiatives across orthodontic practices, with full P&L responsibility and close collaboration with practice leadership to drive growth and efficiency.

The role reports to the Vice President of Operations, requiring strong people leadership, KPI-driven improvement, and cross-functional teamwork across HR, finance, and BI. Travel is expected up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 7 years relevant work experience.
• Flexible schedule and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership with P&L responsibility for assigned practices in the region.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to drive top-line growth, manage expenses, and execute operational plans.
• Oversee regional administrators and support practice goals and region-wide growth.
• Use KPI data to drive performance improvements in each practice and report to leadership.
• Travel up to 50% to support and engage with practices and collect feedback.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, SOPs, and company policies.
