Qualifications

Proven track record leading, coaching, and motivating regional sales teams to targets.
Experience in Eye Care, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, with US market knowledge.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a high-performing regional sales team across the Western US.
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand opportunities.
Coach and mentor team members and build a pipeline of future leaders.
Strengthen customer partnerships and key accounts with strategic relationships.
Shape regional market strategy in collaboration with Marketing and senior leadership.
