Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Regional Manager for Design Within Reach in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead a multi-store sales team, coach General Managers, and drive revenue while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You'll report to the Regional Store Director and collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations to align sales initiatives with brand goals and market demands. This role emphasizes leadership, market insight, and a commitment to world-class shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transferable retail management with multi-location responsibility.
• Hands-on leader with entrepreneurial spirit and strong decision-making.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach General Managers to achieve store and brand sales targets.
• Model world-class service and uphold MillerKnoll values with customers.
• Develop regional sales strategies via market analysis and collaboration with departments.
• Set realistic regional sales targets and monitor progress toward goals.
• Provide ongoing sales training to General Managers, Assistants, and sales staff.
• Track performance, analyze data, and report insights to executives.
• Manage regional sales budgets and resource allocation.
• Recruit and hire General Managers and Sales/Design Staff as needed.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide support.
