Qualifications

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a regional or multi-location management role with a track record of achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business management software and tools (e.g., CRM, financial software).
