Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and motivate multiple branch sales teams across the region. You will identify creative sales opportunities and drive new revenue sources while collaborating with Region Staff and Branch Management to achieve goals.

The role focuses on strategic planning, coaching, and field leadership to exceed sales targets, with responsibility for ensuring program implementation and regulatory compliance across branches.

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties (ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, weather conditions).
• Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate multiple branch sales teams within a region.
• Identify creative sales opportunities to drive new revenue for multiple branches.
• Provide coaching, field support and performance management to sales staff.
• Monitor branch performance, reallocate resources, and drive attainment of sales targets.
• Collaborate with Region Manager and District staff to ensure growth and adherence to company programs.
