Allegion is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to represent our AD Systems and Unicel Architectural product lines across the Mountain States and Northwest, with assignments in Denver, Seattle, or Salt Lake City.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, knowledge of glass/aluminum systems, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 40%. You will work independently, build key relationships, and support end-user decisions in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, with preferred architect calling.
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Self-motivated and relationship-driven.
• Experience calling on K-12 customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education.
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle.
• Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings.
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline.
