Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to represent AD Systems and Unicel Architectural products across the Mountain States and Northwest. The role requires travel to reach Architects, Glaziers, and end-users, plus strong relationship-building capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales experience, knowledge of glass and aluminum systems, and excellent communication skills. Territory cover includes Denver, Seattle, and Salt Lake City with opportunities to attend industry events

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience; architects as primary targets.
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for territory coverage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education; including AIA presentations.
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them through the project cycle.
• Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence decisions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings.
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage territory and pipeline.
