Job summary

JPW Industries is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Metal to own the metalworking market across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. You will manage distributor relationships, nurture end-user demand, and drive revenue growth with a hunter's mindset.

Based near a major airport in IL, WI, or MI, you will travel up to 50% to visit customers, lead field campaigns, and partner with distributors to build joint plans that win new business in manufacturing, maintenance, and metal fabrication sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field or industrial sales.
• Proven distributor relationship management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor relationships across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan; build joint business plans.
• Develop and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline with proactive prospecting.
• Drive end-user demand through product demonstrations and direct relationships with engineers and plant-level decision-makers.
• Coordinate with distributors to execute go-to-market strategies and meet territory goals.
