Job summary

Our client, a private metal building manufacturer, is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead growth in an established Wisconsin territory. The role emphasizes autonomy with strong internal support and limited overnight travel.

The position focuses on cultivating relationships with builders, contractors, and key customers, expanding market share, and collaborating with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to win new business and maximize existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in the metal building, structural steel, building products, or commercial construction industry.
• PEMB experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage and grow a sales territory.
• Wisconsin market relationships are a plus.
