JPW Industries is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Metal to own the distributor relationships and end-user pipeline across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. You will drive revenue, lead field Channel Distributors, and demonstrate JPW’s metalworking portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years in field or channel sales, a bachelor’s degree, willingness to travel up to 50%, and strong knowledge of metalworking equipment. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field sales, channel sales, or technical sales in industrial/metals markets.
• Proven distributor-relations experience and end-user pull-through.
• Hunter mindset with proactive prospecting and pipeline growth.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking equipment and applications; capable demonstrations.

• Own distributor relationships across IL, WI, and MI and drive joint business plans.
• Identify and convert end-user opportunities; build end-user demand through product demos and applications support.
• Manage and grow a robust pipeline; track leads and activities in CRM; meet territory goals.
• Serve as technical resource for metalworking applications and represent JPW at events.
