JPW Industries in Illinois is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Metal to drive metalworking sales across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. You will own distributor relationships, develop the end-user pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue with a hunter's mindset.

You will train field distributors, run hands-on product demonstrations, and coordinate field campaigns with Marketing to build demand and grow market share. Travel up to 50% required.

Formación

• 5+ years in field sales, channel sales, or technical sales within industrial or metalworking markets.
• Proven experience managing distributor relationships and driving pull-through to end users.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline development with a hunter sales approach.

Responsabilidades

• Own distributor relationships across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan and develop joint growth plans.
• Identify and engage industrial end-user accounts to create demand and drive revenue.
• Lead product demonstrations, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with distributors and internal teams.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and report activity in the CRM; travel up to 50% as needed.
